We are all feeling the intensity of our current climate and finding time to take care of our bodies and minds must become a priority if we are to ride these waves of change with a sense of empowerment and stability. Paige has created her 6 Week Meditation Series: Take a Seat to offer a safe and accessible space to join in relaxation and rejuvenation. We will meet weekly on Thursdays from 8-8:30pm for a short and sweet session of grounding, breathwork, self massage, and meditation. The class will be recorded so don't worry if you have to miss one! This series is an opportunity to show up for ourselves, and therefore our family and community, through our commitment to our own self care and mindfulness. Class recordings will be available!
