In this series we will explore breathing and yoga postures through creative storytelling, playful exercises, and child-oriented meditations to help keep our bodies balanced as we transition from Summer to Fall.
Your minis will experience the benefits of yoga from balance, flexibility and self expression to mindfulness and centering. We will utilize playful techniques such as storytelling and music to discover yoga postures, breathing exercises, and child-oriented meditations.
In each 30 minute class we will build a safe environment that encourages toddlers to experience the joy of a balanced body and mind. Each class offers skill development in working with a group, easing out of frustration, controlling impulses and socializing. We will play games, tell stories, listen to music and use our imaginations every session! For ages 3-5 with Ella Cuda.
