Postpartum Pelvic Floor Awareness + Strengthening Series


This virtual 4 week series taught by Pilates Instructor Beka Rendell, will be focused on learning, visualizing and strengthening your Pelvic Floor to rebuild the muscles that have become weakened after pregnancy. 

We will explore the pelvic floor anatomy and learn a sequence of Pilates exercises that are designed to create awareness and help you to strengthen this group of muscles.  We will gather 1 hour each week for 4 weeks learning, moving mindfully, and allowing time for discussion.  If you can’t make it to the live class, replays will be available to watch at your convenience.

Although the movements will be slow and gentle, please consult with your doctor to make sure that you are able to participate in the workshop.
